Due to repeatedly receiving incorrect information from various dealers, we now require that ALL vehicle change requests from dealerships be submitted via email to service@enchantedmountainins.com.
We no longer accept verbal changes. We trust that you understand our position on this matter, as it is in the best interest of our mutual clients. Be sure to include ALL required information to avoid processing delays. Information needed is shown below. Please allow 1 hour to process after email is sent. Requests received after normal office hours and on holidays will be promptly handled the next business day. If there are mitigating circumstances and your request needs to be expedited,
please call 716-938-4048 after sending your email.
Vehicle Change Request MUST Include:
*If insured is removing a vehicle, but receiving new license plates, please indicate and email a copy of the FS-6 once plates are surrendered to NYS DMV
